Where can I use the adidas Card?

How do I register my adidas Card?
To register your Card, follow these steps:
- Visit https://www.adidas.getmybalance.com
- Log in to your account
- Add your card details to the My Card page, and click “View”
- Click on “Register Card”
- Enter your information and click “Save.”
Does my adidas Card expire?
The Card will expire twenty-four (24) months after activation (the “Expiry Date”). After the Expiry Date, you cannot use the Card. After twenty-four (24) months, if applicable, contact Customer Services for a no cost replacement card.
Will fees apply to my card?
Foreign Exchange Fee of 2.99% will be charged against the Card’s available balance at the time of transaction authorisation for any transaction where the merchant currency is different than the Card’s currency. If a Card does not have sufficient funds available to support both the purchase transaction and the fee then the transaction will be declined.
How can I determine my current balance?
Go to top of page and click on “Check Balance,” or call +44 (0) 121 268 3210 for Cardholder assistance.
Why was my adidas Card declined?
adidas Card must be processed as credit. A purchase with the adidas Card may be declined if the authorization amount exceeds the available balance. If a transaction is declined, you can easily check the available balance at https://www.adidas.getmybalance.com or by calling +44 (0) 121 268 3210. If you are purchasing online, a website must take more than one form of payment if the amount exceeds the balance on the card. For transactions made over the phone or online, you will also need to ensure that you are entering in the billing address that matches your Card registration.
